Few days after christmas, I went to Norway with my brother and father. My brother is going to study abroad for a semester so we came along to settle him in.
We took the ferry so we could bring our car with us. I didn’t get to take many pictures because we were either at my dad’s friend’s house or in a car. Besides, the sun is quickly going down these days, so there aren’t much to see after 2pm.

Here is another post of my winter-break activities. We had some family members fra Switzerland visit us, so my sister and I thought of taking them to Aarhus.
The backstory is, that we come from a small town out in nowhere really. So my family from abroad are used to see and do literally nothing whenever they visit us. So you can imagine how suprised they were when we took them to Aarhus, where there where so many people, shops and acitivities in general!
We went to Salling Rooftop, because the sunset timing was just perfect and they could get an overview of how much bigger that city is compared to my little hometown.
Right after we got some hot chocolate from Starbucks and they all came along to drop me off at my apartment 🙂 ♥

I don’t know if you have noticed, but ever since I moved, I haven’t eaten much out on cafés or restaurants as I used to. First and probably the main reason is because I no longer have that kinda “extra” money anymore – my new place is super expensive 😭 second of all, the options are quite… limited around here.
Anyway, I suggested that we went out for brunch, because I kinda miss doing that. All I could think of was those fluffy brunch pancakes and scrambled eggs. So we decided to try grill brunch buffet at NOK (here). It was really good actually! I ordered a cup of hot chocolate and ate 3 plates of food. The price was unbelievably cheap for so much food! I would definitely go there for brunch again (when I can afford it) 😉

First of all: Happy new year! I hope your new years eve was better than mine – I had foodpoisoning and was in bed with cola and salt crackers.
Here’s my annual complaint about the lack of sunlight to get some proper pictures. I literally have a limited window to get ready and take the pictures. Especially when it is after school. As per usual it stresses me out and the outcome aren’t as I expect them to be.
I wanted to make this post, since I wasn’t sure whether I would post these pictures on the gram or not. That would be a waste of effort (makeup and editing), so here they are.
